insanity daily calories

How many calories do you eat with Insanity? I'm trying to eat 1600-1700 a day and I'm a 26 y/o female, 5'3, 135 pounds. Does this seem like enough calories for these workouts?

    I eat about 1800 plus my exercise calories am 5'6 and weigh about 135. Some days I eat a lot more, some days less. See how u feel and adjust as needed. Good luck with the program. I have 5 days left in Month 2 :D

    Depends on how intense you do the workouts. From the Insanity forums, I've seen people burning anywhere from 300-700 calories based on their heart rates. Unfortunately I didn't have an HRM when I did Insanity, but those numbers seem reasonable to me.
