Introduction - Need Friends

Hi Everyone,
Tuesday, was my first day tracking foods with myfitnesspal. I am 34, 160 lbs and 5'6 1/2. My goal is to get to 138 lbs. I did weight watchers in 2008 and got down to 129. I managed to keep it off until 2010. I am trying to manage high cholesterol and I really do feel my best in the 130's. If anyone has similar goals, please add me.

By the way I have three kids. I am adding that bit because it does make a difference on time and eating habits that maybe someone can suggest ideas.
