I have been on this for a week, 1800 calories a day where I normally ate up to 3500 per day. Some ways I feel much better but I seem so so tired. Any tthoughts!
Thanks Randy

I think in the beginning, it is common to feel exhausted. I know that everytime i start a new program, I am also exhausted. Just stay well hydrated, drinking lots of water has helped me. Get the rest your body needs. It'll take some time for your body to adjust!

    Right on.

If you can push past the first few weeks you will do great. Also, make sure that the 1800 calories you are getting provide fuel. You can lose weight on 1800 junk calories or lose it on 1800 with a good blend of protein, carbs, and fat. Only one will give you energy.

Are you eating the calories you "earn" with exercise?

Is 1800 calories enough for you? Is it somewhere between your BMR and your TDEE?

Are you over training? You need rest, too.

Is it other stressers, like work, family, not enough sleep, too much caffeine?

When I'm in balance, losing weight makes me feel amazing and energized... as long as I eat enough, and get my rest.
