Western or Chinese food?

i want to introduce this topic cause, in real, i have the answer and i'd like to know even your opinions.
Chinese food is a generalization: exist so many variants and, at least for my taste, i prefer from north of China.... so spicy.
Anyway they eat all kinds of vegetables, using soya sauce fried just few seconds.
Other is meat, or fish always cut so small, so that the dish is full of taste but, in grams, is not a big quantity...
About rice, or noddle, they dont use seasoning, most of the time is vapour rice and noddle are always so thin.
In Italy, our main food, is pasta with sauce, and after we eat fish or meat, never together, but everytime two different big dish.
About usa i dont know which is the main dish. Usually, there, i ate so many different wonderful snack... big snack... sandwiches, rich dishes full of things inside, and for that i saw, seems the families are used to go in various fast food restaurant.
