No food yesterday. Make up today?

So, I had a migraine, on top of my regular anxiety disorder yesterday, and I ended up staying in bed for 18 hours. Because of that, I consumed absolutely nothing yesterday. Should I balance that out with a few extra calories today, or just ignore it and keep my usual diet?

Ignore it, take advantage of it as you're looking to lose weight.

If you're sick normal rules do not apply. Don't try and make up for it. (and I would give the same advice if you went over for what it's worth) I hope you feel better soon!

IMO -- Don't force yourself make up for it fully, but by the same token if you're genuinely hungry feel free to eat some extra.

Hey in my opinion listen to your body, if you have been ill you need to recover, if your hungry eat, if not dont

    Good luck :)

I completely agree with susannamarie, listen to your body. Try to keep you calorie goal but if you body is telling you to eat, don't beat yourself up if you go over.

Thanks y'all. I think I'm just going to wing it today, and not stress either way.

One day won't make or break you efforts. Eat your normal healthy today.
