Help with food balance please!!

I need help deciding what to make my Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar intake. My set calories are 1600 and I like that for the moment.

carbs - 220
fat - 54
protien - 60
sugar - 32

Should I leave it or change it? I would love your suggestions!

    Instead of watching sugar (unless you're diabetic) I would change that to watching sodium levels.
    I'm saying this cos you'll go over if you eat fruit, and in now way is that bad for you.
    Carbs and fat look good, maybe up the protein a bit though? Try for 1-2 grams per kg of body weight

    Thanks!! Should I change protien to 100? It is something that I want to up I was thinking of making carbs lower but not sure how low to go..hmmm

    yeah, 100 is good! i aim for that if not more every day :)
    don't make carbs lower than 150-200 imho. your body needs carbs to survive off :)

    i have mine set as 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fat, and i try to get 100g of protein a day.

    anything over 80g of carbs is ok, if you're not aiming for low carb.
