What's possible In 10 weeks?

Hi,

I am new here. ( waves). I have 10 weeks until I go on holiday and I want to make a change to my body. What I want to know is what's possible or achievable in the time I have?

I thought 10 lbs would be ok, so 1 lb per week but not sure if u could achieve more?

Also what's the best thing to do to achieve this? I plan to do the 30 DS for May and June. I have also just joined a gym to help me along the way.

Any advice would be great as everything I read is conflicting. Ta

    it depends how much weight you have to loose. If you have alot it may come off faster then say your only trying to loose 20 lbs. I think that anywhere from 10-20 lbs is a realistic goal.
