2nd week what the hell?

Ok so last week I lost 5 pound this week I've gained a pound! I have no idea what the hell happend I am so disheartend has anyone else experienced this? The only thing different this week was that I only exercised twiced 1 kettlebells class and one body combat but even last week I only exercised 3 times and I am eating 1300 cals a day I don't eat exercise cals back and have a cheat day on sunday now I don't eat really clean but always within my cals example of a typical day would be: 3 weetabix with milk , pckt of lunchables , coco pops bar , banana and can of pepsi max I always have salad or veg with a protein for dinner with mustard then at night time I would have a bar of dark chocolate and a packet of low cal crisps this is all within 1300 cals I account for EVERYTHING I don't understand were I'm going wrong any help even critical help would be great?

The first week was probably water loss.
Perhaps what you are eating has a lot of sodium in it. I would stay away from packaged , processed foods. Check the labels. You wouldnt believe how much salt is in this stuff and try to eat more fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Have never had Pepsi Max. Is it a diet drink or is it full of sugar.
Also, dont forget to get in all your water. Pepsi doesnt count..lol0 -
