What am i doing wrong?

So i have been trying to drop 15 pounds. Two weeks ago, i ate basically nothing a lost 5 pounds in five days, but i was busy all day, on a holiday. Now, im at home, bored, and i find myself eating little snacks. I have since put all the weight back on and gained some too. I want to eat almost nothing, but my family is forcing me to eat. I eat very light breakfasts, light lunches, and heavy dinners. Please help, soon i am just going to give up ;/

    that five pounds was mostly water. The very low calorie diet, plus it being the first few days....you pee'd off a lot of water. Now...comes the real stuff. Eat healthy, log your calories, exercise. Since you don't have a lot to lose (good for you!) don't try to do it too fast, you can easily mess up your metabolism making it even harder. Slow and steady...you can do this! Good luck!

    Megsmon is right on. Think this way. There is fit, and there is skinny. Which do you want to be? Crash dieters are said to put weight back quickly. Fit people don't.
