TOFU!!?!?!

Options
Hi!!!
So today for lunch, I made a tofu stir fry dish off of a low fat recipe site.
I didn't use any oil, just some fresh squeezed OJ, some spices, soy sauce, etc and veggies.
That's it.
I made the dish sans-rice, but once cooked, my portion, a small bowl's worth...ended up being like a half blocks worth per serving, and I think their are supposed to be 6 servings at 70 cals each in a block to tofu.
Did I over do it? I can't seem to find the accurate nutrition facts on MFP.
It seemed like perfectly reasonable portion.
Any insight into how many cals/fat in a half block?
Thank you!:flowerforyou:

ever so confused...1/2 block of firm tofu has just a smidge over 100 calories--most of it protein. what kind of tofu were you using?

I'm not sure...Some generic brand. It said the block contained 6 servings at 70 cals each.

don't beat yourself up about it! Even if you ate 3 70 calorie servings...that still just puts you at 210-ish calories for a meal...that's not a diet killer!
sometimes tofu is packaged with other stuff to give it more flavor etc...those i always avoid. i don't need the extra stuff.
