Ayup duck!

Is California too far? Not exactly Midland anything. I assure you we are not all rocking bikinis, some of us are struggling with the weight. New too. About a month so far I find the learning curve just to be awareness of portions and making choices. Good, Better or BEST choices. My new mantra. Good luck and take it one day at a time.0
