help with cals count on a meal.

ok have bought trout stuffed with mediterrean rice. Its about 8 inches long. Anyone have any idea what the cal count maybe??

    Sounds good, what did it end up being? May have to look into it. I enjoy fish, just need to find more ways to add it in to the old diet.
