Calories in Bluberry Muffin from Vons

Looking for calories in a 115 gram blueberry muffin from Vons (I think Safeway is the same as Vons too)....anyone know...???

Muffins are just an excuse to have cake for breakfast. Almost any muffin will have a very high calorie count. However, they Von's muffin is probably very close to Safeway's just use that figure to log it.

Yes, I know muffins are a high calorie food. My point was to log it as the bakery didn't give a nutritional panel...a treat is ok every once in a while...

Just look up blueberry muffin in the database. It should give you lots of options.
