Heart Rate Moniters

When I did Jillians Extreme on Monday my HRM said 570 calories burned. Today after doing the video my HRM said 486calories burned. Is that normal to burn more one time and less another? Or maybe Im getting in better shape! I have a Polar 7 HRM.

    Cardio fitness takes longer to kick in. Still, it could be that some parts of you are waking up again. I have found that after slacking off for maybe a week my body gets into a slower mode and is reluctant to get moving again. But after a day or two it comes right back. Or it might simply be that you were tired and not pushing as hard. There's nothing wrong with that. It takes the body time to build up and sometimes it just needs to take it easier.
