Police PREP

Has anyone ever done the Police PREP (Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police)? It's the physical test used here in Ontario... not sure if it's used anywhere else.
I've got my test date tomorrow afternoon, and was looking for any tips or pointers from people who have done it! I'm a little worried about the beep test - I can run long distances no problem, but I'm a slower runner. I've been trying to do more strength/cross training lately (P90X), and I've been running intervals.
Any advice is much appreciated!! Thanks

Not sure how the testing is in Canada, but here in the USA every agency has a slightly different physical testing process. Some have you run up flights of stairs lugging 40 lbs some do one and a half mile runs for time.
Normal pre-test stuff; be hydrated; no heavy meals; be rested; be positive.
GOOD LUCK0
