day 1 on the 30 day shred

After reading so much about this 30 day shed decided to give it a go. Have to much recept right now for u all doing so well on it . I had to stop a little short on some of the reps just to get a little energy to carry on for the next round. Day 2 hopefully will be to go though with out stopping. Also would weights does everyone use. i start out on 5ib but had to quickly change to 2ib lol. plz feel free to add and join in need all the help and advice as i can x
