Dieting, gym and davina ultimate target!

Hey people, i'm Jess I have been dieting and exercising since the end of january this year and have lost 24lbs so far.
I go to the gym 3 times a week if possible but i also recently bought davinas ultimate target dvd i love it, although haven't been able to do the fat burner one yet as i live in a flat n all that jumping around would really piss off my downstairs neighbours lol

Just wanted to share my journey with people and see if anybody else was doing the same kind of thing?
I currently weigh 13st 11 at my heaviest i was 16st 5 but when i started this i was 15st 5.

How are people finding doing the calorie counting? does anybody have any good recipes? my goal weight is 11st 5 so nearly half way there now
