Calories?

I have a question. I have had a lot of my friends at home telling me I need to eat more with working out. I have been getting around 1200-1300 calories (not net calories). I haven't been doing the best with logging my food on here the last couple weeks but I do write down what I eat. Sorry I have been slacking on here. :ohwell: Does anyone have any advice? How many calories should you be consuming on days when you workout? Thanks for any advice.

Generally speaking you should be eating back your exercise calories, especially if you're netting a fairly low intake like 1200 per day.
Have you worked out your BMR and TDEE (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) That's an alternative, to work out TDEE and back off a modest deficit based on the amount of weight you want to lose weekly.0
