Hi, I am new here. trying to get leaner and a little more toned mostly. i already like all the advice and ideas i find on here as well as the trackers and stuff.
some info about me: I am in my 20s and live on the east coast (USA). i try to go to the gym at my apartment most days. i go on the elliptical or treadmill for 10-20 and also do some weight training. hopefully i will start pilates soon too.
