Looking for kid friendly dinners

I have two toddlers and they eat the basic, chicken & veggies...but we (I) get bored. Just looking for some new dinner ideas that are "Toddler friendly"

I don't have any kids of my own so I'm not sure how well this would work but...

Maybe you could try something with ground turkey? I've discovered that ground turkey burgers are really tasty. Much more flavorful than ground beef in my opinion. And it's good for you too! Hope that helped.

You can also pretty much add chicken to anything. Here are some of my ideas off the top of my head:

- If you make a mac and cheese you can add it in there
- You can make a "taco/fajita making night" where you cook/cut up chicken and veggies with black beans, salsa, tortillas, etc. and allow everyone to make their own.
- go to your local grocery store (or Trader Joes if you have one) and find a sauce to go over the chicken (other than spaghetti, more along the lines of mushroom or what have you) and either just put the sauce over the chicken or make pasta and put the sauce over the chicken and pasta
- make kabobs on the bbq! use veggies your kids like and dont forget the pineapple!

you can try checking kraftfoods.com. They provide the nutritional information and lots of kid-friendly recipes with stuff you have sitting around your kitchen (no fancy ingredients)

We usually enjoy--soup/grilled cheese, quesidillas, prierogies/veggie

You could make homemade pizza

Have a fondue night and use veggies

rolls up-meat and cheese
