I'm never been a fitness enthusiast, but I am really trying now. I want be a good role model for my kids, and have the energy to play with them. I have been looking at TONS of pictures on line, and see plenty of thin people with less than desirable look. I want o continue to lose the fat, but would also like to add muscle tone to areas (Like my inner thigh, triceps, and abs). Does anybody have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
