Eating back exercise cals/ not enough sodium?

My dilemma is....for example, I eat 1395 out of my 1400 a day without exercise, but I've used most of my 2500 mg of sodium, say about...2485...haha. After a workout, what do I eat so that I don't go over my sodium? Or am I just thinking too much? Because according to mfp you don't lose sodium when you workout so if I eat anything after a workout, unless I have a lot left over, it sends me into red zone with sodium. Thanks for any help

For the most part, it looks like you do a good job with your sodium, so on the rare occasion you might go over, just keep that in mind if you step on the scale the next day. Sodium can make you retain fluid, but it has nothing to do with fat loss, only a temporary fluctuation on the scale.
If you don't have high blood pressure, exercise regularly, and drink plenty of fluids, it's not an issue.0 -
yeah. I stopped tracking sodium and sugar. was just always annoying to see myself over when every other category was looking good. and since neither impact weight loss, I'm not all that concerned with them. I know I'm working out, usually, six days a week and eating better. so even if both are higher than officially recommended, I know both are much lower than they used to be.0
