steel cut irish oatmeal or quick and easy steel cut oatmeal?

Do they have the same nutritional value? Is it worth the quicker cooking time for the quick and easy? Any one here have experience with either one? Likes? Dislikes? I have just been reading about it online and want to try some out but not sure what to buy

The less refined the better as far as slowing digestion and preventing a blood sugar spike. You can cook the steel cut in the microwave in about 3 minutes, just be sure to use a huge bowl because it puffs up a lot.0
