Progress!

Okay, this isn't so much a progress in weight loss (as I am going to wait until tomorrow morning to do any weighing) as much as it is a progress in exercise ability.
My roommate and I went for a jog together this evening. When we go, I time us on a stop watch to see how much -- collectively -- we can jog for. Last time, we managed to jog a whole 15 minutes collectively. This time, tonight, we got up to 19! And the portions we jogged last longer. Instead of being a minute and a half to two minutes, this time we were jogging for three to four minutes. And my chest even felt lighter. It was the first time that it felt my legs were getting tired first, as opposed to just running short of breath!
So anyway, I was pretty happy about that. :-) It seems progress is possible.
