Hi there im new to this but i was just wondering if there was anyone in my area (woodford qld) who would like to meet up and exercise together and swap food ideas . i have a treadmil and exercise bike and a cardio twister :) i just feel if i was exercising with someone i would push myself harder :):drinker:
