My ob/gyn wants me to do this next week. Try to log it or let it go?

Do you mean logging that orange sweet syrup they have you drink? If so, I wouldn't bother. It has calories but nothing that will cause weight gain since you're working at a deficit anyways. Good luck to you. If things end up showing Type 2 or borderline please post it. There are plenty of us on here controlling our insulin levels with diet and exercise and we'll support you any way we can.0
