Junk Food Makes Me Very ill

For over 2 months I eat very clean for 6 days. Smoothies, barely anything processed, tons of veggies and fruit, etc. As the weeks have gone by, on my cheat days, if I have even 2 pieces of chocolate or some cake or anything processed at all, I am sick. I want to puke. My stomach feels bloated, I can't determine wether I need to poop or puke. I crave that piece of sweet or that fried food all week long and then when I get it I'm sicker than a dog. Is this normal? The next day I will have the sour stomach burps. You know, the kind that another person can smell a mile away and you can taste for a few minutes afterward. (Blech)
Is this all normal when you start to eat clean? How do you make yourself feel better? Is there something you can eat to make your stomach calm down? Do I need to do a vigorous workout? Right now, it's the last thing I feel like doing.
