Hello,

Me and my girlfriend have been training with Insanity Workout and we want to know how to include those exercises onto our Android MyFitnessPal applicaction.

Is "Aerobics, high impact" correct for those exercises or we should go into other options like "Aerobics, low impact" or "Aerobics, general"; another option you can recommend?.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.

Depends on the workout, but the higher impact/intense workouts I think would be best with "aerobics, high impact" or "circuit training".

For the most accurate calories burned, get a heart rate monitor. A decent Polar can be purchased on Amazon for under $70. Just something to consider.

I went out to Target and got a heart rate monitor and just log it as a custom workout. Before that, I would log it as circuit training. My HRM showed me burning about 200+ more calories though.

    Hello guys,

I used my polar watch with HRM today and realized that the calories burned (as the watch shows) is closer to "circuit training, general" than "Aerobics, high impact", even though "circuit training" calculates 10% less than watch says. I will stick to "circuit training, general"
