I just finished the first week of ripped in 30. I only have 10 pounds weights at my house. Most of the excercises are fine with them but I do struggle with one or two. Should I buy lighter weights or try and just push through and struggle a little bit and hopefully get stronger? I dont want to sacrifice form but i dont wanna wuss out either! haha

Don't sacrifice form - if you find you're struggling with form because they weights are too heavy, switch them out. But you don't have to buy anything - look around your house for something you can use: laundry detergent, milk jug, cans of food or packages of beans or rice, whatever you have that you can hold on to in a natural way.
It's not wussing out if you're just not strong enough yet, you'll get there!0
