Need help setting my goals and rewards!

They say you should set goals, and then rewards when you achieve them. I am trying to lose 40lbs and no idea what my goals and/or rewards should be. What did/are you doing?

    haha, my goal is to find a man! the guys i'm attracted to aren't attracted to women my size and even though it's "what's inside that counts" i want what i want and will get it! haha.

    i buy a lot of workout clothes and workout shoes and that helps keep me motivated. i don't really have rewards set up because the success and the change really is enough for me. i'm going to run a 5k in a month and i plan to continue to get fitter and healthier so i can run a 10k, half marathon and full marathon. i guess my reward is to be able to say that i did those things!
