Any suggestions? There seems to be a lot of negative comments about the Polar models' underwater.
I swim mostly in a chlorinated pool however I also scuba dive. I am doubtful any will be effective with the second but I can but try!

I have no problems with my polar hrm in the water. I do water aerobics and lap swim 3-5 x a week. I wound up changing chest straps. But other than that no problems
I have a polar ft70 -
I have used my Polar FT7 for water aerobics, swimming and aqua zumba, with no problems and for several months now. I press Start before going into the water and Stop it after I'm out of the water.0
