Brazil Butt Lift ~ Challenge Group (Get in on it!!!)
Starting Monday 4/23/12 there are a few of us girls starting a Brazil Butt Lift Challenge Group. Having friends (even virtual friends) with the same fitness interests helps keep us motivated and hold us accountable. We are here for each other for encouragement the most.
I welcome everyone to join our Brazil Butt Lift Challenge. Let's do this together. If you already have the program but haven't dedicated yourself yet, make the decision and commit. Join us on Monday (send me a buddy request & let's get in contact). If you dont already own BBL (Brazil Butt Lift) contact me & I can get you started immediately. Even if you have to order it and start next Monday, I'll be here for you. Don't be fooled by the name Brazil "Butt" Lift. Even tho it gave me a new and improved back side it is a FULL body workout

I wish I saw this!!! I started it once and loved it and had to stop for a bit until I got the rest of the equipment! I would love the support group! Are you all following the nutrition plan?0

Huge difference in my butt when i did it last year for only a month.... I don't have any pics but trust me I have a naturally small waste and my butt and hips where my problem area and i was amazed at how lifted and small my hips and saddle bags got..

What equipment is involved with BBl?
The resistance band- yoga mat- ankle weights- dumbells or you can modify it and not use any weights and still get a great workout0 -

They have the modified version - no need for equipment. Pop that DVD in and push play!!!0 -

Today is day 3 for me. I will start with weights next week. What size ankle weights do you recommend? I have always worked out but nothing to extreme so I think my fitness level is intermediate.0

My ankle weights are 5lbs. I believe my first round of BBL they were 3lbs. I love to feel the burn.0

I'm ordering in the next couple of weeks. I am in the last few weeks of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I'm also doing the new Turbo Fire low impact. My knees just can't take it. But my booty needs ome extra attention. :laugh:0
