Tell me what you think I'm totally against wearing a sauna suit to lose weight but, does it work do you all recommend it I have a family member telling me that it's a great way to lose weight. But from what I've heard doesn't it just drain you of water and once you drink fluids again don't you just gain it all back ? What do you think if I'm wrong I'm wrong but, I really want to know.

what does this family member look like?
and yeah you lose water weight only0 -
If all it does is make you sweat., then you are not increasing your calorie burn just because you are hotter, and yes, all you are losing is water which is replaced when you rehydrate.0

Won't do anything for weight loss, unless you are cutting for something where you need to be down to a certain weight in a few days. It's water weight, like everyone stated above.0

Your body actually burns more calories trying to stay warm...so a sauna suit actually burns fewer calories. All it's good for is dehydration.0
