Diet advice please

Hi
Been member for 50 days.Lost 6 kg.Happy so far.
Review of my food intake reveals that I take in on average 120g Carbs/60g proteins/40g fat every day and total calorie intake is 1300.I burn 230-300 cal per day by walking.
Was wondering if anybody could advice recipes/food items which would help me reduce the carbs and fat intake and increase my protein while maintaning the 1300 calorie intake.
