I started this journey with joining a gym thinking i would lose weight for my sons wedding and a few inbetween. i toned a little but losing weight just wasnt happening. so september last year i got serious and joined mfp, i had 6 months to the wedding and i wanted to look nice for the photos. i found it hard to find a before photo as im always the one taking them a classic over weight excuse. Hopefully the photos work i followed a "how to" so here goes
The first one was actually March 2011 i dont know exactly how much i weighed but in sept i was 97 kilos and the second a wedding pic in April and 82kilos Im stll classed as over weight another 10 to get rid of that title but i sure fist pumped when i was no longer obese.

    We are very similar, I am 60, got to 98 kgs just after Christmas and thought that is IT!! I have lost 16 kgs so far with MFP, and my daughter's wedding is the goal. I hope I can look as gorgeous as you do, I love the dress, you look amazing, well done :-) :flowerforyou:
