Planning to splurge

I've been on MFP for about a week and now and I'm hooked! The forum topics are really interesting and it's making me look at eating in a whole new way. I've read in a few forums that you should eat back your calories, true? What happens if you don't? Do any of you ever eat more during the day because you plan on an intensive workout in the evening? I'm looking at an hour of intense Zumba tonight, followed by an hour of power yoga. I may as well go ahead and make cinnamon rolls for breakfast, right? It sounds funny, but it's a serious question. I've always thought working out was a waste unless you were starving, not so on MFP.

Soooo... cinnamon rolls for breakfast? :wink:
