Good Morning...I am just starting to use MyFitnessPal and am loving it. I was just to the doctor and my weight and BMI had gone up from last year and my blood pressure was higher than it normally is. My doctor said I need to lose that 10 pounds I had gained from last year and another 10 to get me back to my normal weight. I didn't know where to start so my daughter and I started searching the web and found this. How easy to just keep track of what you eat and your exercise. It has forced me to get up and walk the last two mornings and really be aware of what I am consuming. I haven't weighed myself again since Friday but will use the tools available on this to keep track of that too. I am excited to see the results.
