Hi, I'm brand new to the site and the forum. My wife introduced me to myfitnesspal and I'm finding it both informative
and supportive in my effort to get into better shape.
I'm sure I will have many questions along the way (actually I already do), mostly about food quantities with regard to
entering daily intakes and such. I'm finding that part of the process a bit confusing.
