Hey everyone!

Commited to getting healthy! I have dusted off the weight bench, set my bike up in the living room and have been using those aids for about a month without changing any other eating habits. Guess what? Didn't lose a pound. So last Monday I found this site. I was looking for a logger to record my efforts with weights, then found what a great food logger is on here. So I started that and found I could eat a whole lot less calories if I really counted them and not be hungrey. I am eating 3x a day. The scale shows progress, but I know that is mostly water.

I am going to keep at it. Wish me luck! I want to lose about 70 lbs!
