Only about 4 lbs difference between 2008 and 2012. Body recomp, baby! :)

    Thanks! Wow, since 2008 I have done the following lol:

    Keto Diet
    Intermittent Fasting
    40/40/20 C/P/F
    50/30/20 C/P/F
    Primal

    5K's
    Benching/Powerlifting competitions
    Mountain biking (only one race though)
    5X5 and 3X5 (like stronglifts)
    Endurance training (when I was running more)

    And I've eaten anywhere from 1400-2000 calories a day. Take your pick hehe! ^_^
