I've been using this site on and off (mostly off) for the last year.
I'm getting serious about it now and I hope things like filling in my profile and introducing myself will shame me into at least tracking my calories.
I'm Mark and live in Ohio. I've been married 20 years, have a teenaged son and am a computer programmer. All my reasons for being here are on my profile so I don't want to bore anyone with repeating them.
