Other weight loss plans?

I know it's hard for me to eat all the right things because I have a very hectic "on the go" schedule. I was thinking of incorporating Jenny Craig (prepackaged meals), for example, to see if it boost the amount of weight loss. My fear is like most plans when you stop eating their food all the weight comes back. Is there anyone who uses meal plans with MFP & saw better long-lasting results?
