OK, I have lost over 100 pounds, but have 30 more before something so special to me in June. I have PCOS; so the first thing they recommend is low carb. I generally eat "good carbs" and never processed (except maybe a serving of special k sea salt chips once a week).
Thing is; I get dizzy and icky when I don't have carbs; but I have heard that South Beach can trigger you to lose those last pounds. My weaknesses are sugar free iced americanos from starbucks (decaf; I add 4 splendas and 1/2 cup skim milk), strawberries, thomas english muffins (the 10 grams of fiber ones) and possibly oatmeal or kashi. Those are my carbs. I also unfortunately am a spelenda/sweet n low junkie so I add one carb per packet for those; and count the calories!
Has anyone had luck with SB and NOT gotten dizzy????? THANKS :-)
