Just signed up and having fun exploring:) Have recently got bitten by the need (and want!) to get fit and healthy, losing the weight I have gained over the past few years. I have a busy day job that sucks up the hours but really want to carve out time to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. I have started a zumba class and loved it so much I have got the DVD and I am also about to embark on the 30 day shred as I had heard so much about it. I also plan to start running and cycling as my main ways of getting fit.

Look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully building up some support networks to keep me on track:)
