MFP has really helped

Hi all,
I have finally cracked down and really tried to stick with recording what I eat. My motivation has been when I see the calories or fat content when I use mfp, I search for something healther. This has really helped.

I will admit since beginning seriously on 4/9, I have missed 2 days of recording. I am down 8 pounds since the 9 , only weight once a week on the same day, and have lost about 4# a week. It is a start and not a fad.

If I can do it you can, now to start doing exercise. Real excercise !

    Great job! If you can use the mobile app I find it really helps with tracking since you always have it available.
