Weight Loss Irony

Now I'm ready to exercise.I shed these first 62lbs primarily with diet(thnx calorie),a little walking, drinks half my body weight in water (I read that the standard 8 8oz glass was for a 128lb person that we are to drink water for our correct weight in order to lose). In the past I always jumped head-on into a killer exercise plan and diet. I would be so hungry and justify eating cuz afterall I exercised.

This time around I opted to tackle things one at a time.
1. I worked on the emotional. I had a really good conversation with myself as if I were my friend not my critic.
2. I worked on the environment. I got rid of most of the excess stuff in my house, car, closet.
3. I worked on food.Kudos for the cal counter.
So... Now I'm ready to kick up the exercise.

    Congrats on the weight loss so far! That is great keep pushing you are going at it the correct way.

    Congrats on the loss so far. I'm sure you will see tons more success in the future by adding exercise.

    I am also following this same path. I am working on losing some weight by counting my calories and cutting back and will incorporate some serious exercise in the future.
