Sit up logging - help please!!

I have been doing normal static sit ups at home with one of those old style ab rollers and i have no idea how to log it into my exercise diary, does anyone have any idea how i would do it ? thanks in advance.

You'll find them under "strength training" (or is it called "weight training"?..just look under the cardio field) in the exercise tab. Now this will just log what you did and will not affect your allotted calories, etc. For example, I log push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc all under this section.
If you really do many or do them at a high intensity, then you will find "weight training" in the cardio section and you can log your time spent doing those strength exercises. So as an example, I may log 15min in the cardio section under weight training and then I put the details (reps, sets, weight) in the strength training section so I know what I did.
