When do you log your food?

I'm at the end of week three and am starting to feel like I have a good rhythm going. It's easiest with the meals I'm going to be eating alone. My guy doesn't eat breakfast with me and I have been packing work lunches, so I can pre-plan and log those meals at the same time. It's usually the night before or in the morning. Snacks have become staples that I keep in portioned sizes at my desk or in my purse. If I need an extra bite during the day I know right where to reach instead of going to the store and buying something bad for me. I try to leave enough space for a fun dinner either at home or out with friends, and log that after we're not at the table anymore.

My favorite part may be that it has been making grocery shopping so much simpler!
