Hi, I'm Lynne and this is my first day to a new me. Hopefully!! I have tried everything from pills to weight watchers. The only thing that I can say is keeping track is the only way I have ever lost weight. So here is another endeavor to KEEP TRACK!!! Good luck to all and God bless.:smile:

    You can do it. Keep track of what you eat and exercise.
