Daily calorie Goals...

On friday I went way overboard... Im talking 1800 calories overboard. But I have been way under my calorie goals for the past two days.. but I honestly just haven't been hungry (which is an anomaly). Im scared that my body will go into 'starvation mode' and I wont lose any weigh this week t even though I am under my net calorie goal. Will going way under your calories for such a short time make this happen... even If i feel satisfied?? Or is my body just compensating for my bender on friday..?

What matters more is making sure you stay under your WEEKLY TDEE. Even if you overeat one day, it's fine if you don't go over on a weekly basis. Make sure you hit your protein minimums too.0
